Made to fit YOUR project

Original spare parts no longer manufactured?

Smart Design

Understanding how the print is going to be used, what it solves, which elements it’ll be exposed to is critical to making a fitting 3D model, manufacturing process, as well as post-processing finish.

Built for Purpose

Whether it’s a design part or a piece under constant mechanical stress, selecting the correct printing orientation, material, and even additional non-plastic components can be the difference between success and failure.

Unparalleled Flexibility

Mass production has economies of scale but no flexibility. Your needs are unique and the first idea might not be the ideal solution. We are your flexible partner to iterate quickly towards the best possible outcome.

About us

We are a group of engineering and design enthusiasts focused on solving highly customized needs.

Mechanical engineering background paired with an interest in 3D printing, machining, welding, and woodworking means our team is super versatile in creating out-of-the-box solutions, often using a blend of materials and processing methods.

A few things we’re great at

We think a lot, brainstorm solutions, and create things. And everything around it.

Crafting digital solutions

We don’t shy away from staying digital, if it solves your needs. Applying our skills to analyze the situation and design a proper fix (3D model, material selection, printing orientation, etc) while you can print at home or in your local workshop.

Manufacturing nuanced parts

Often it takes more than just a 3D printer. We specialize in combining manufacturing methods to gain needed characteristics – adding metal braces into the product during printing, flush-sealing bearings in place to ensure tight tolerances, and much more.

Quick iterative testing

Sending the model to the printer is just the beginning. Will it fit, or do we need to adjust tolerances? Testing if it breaks under the expected load and customizing the 3D model to strengthen it. Is it easy to use for the purpose or should we re-think the ergonomics?

Some of the areas we could help with

Are you a woodworker who needs a custom-made jig for a large project? Or a mechanic in need of a special tool handle?
Maybe just a regular “me” trying to fix a trusted home appliance. We are here for you.

Below are some topics our clients come to us with:

Vintage car & Motorcycle restorations

Embarking on a restorative project is a fulfilling experience, unless..

Restoring your heritage car or bike is an amazing journey, until you realize most spare parts are nowhere to be found or are extremely costly. A broken dashboard piece, a missing taillight housing cover, the list goes on.

DIY & Home Improvements

You can clearly envision the type of shelf bracket fitting your narrow space, but nobody sells brackets with such dimensions..

So many things around the house can break or simply function better. Throwing out an expensive home appliance when only such a small piece of plastic broke off.. but glue is not enough making the complex shape out of something else requires skills and tooling.

Why Choose Us

We take every customer seriously, no matter how tiny or large the project is.

Transparent pricing agreed prior

We first listen to your needs and understand the situation. For free.
How else to gauge the scope?

Custom solutions require custom pricing, let’s talk before you grab your wallet.

Each project is unique

We’ve built and fixed thousands of small (and large) issues for ourselves, our families, and friends. It’s called experience.

Only then we started solving problems for hundreds of clients.

If we can’t do it, we’ll tell you

Nobody can do everything. We also don’t have all the conceivable tools or expertise.
But we won’t ever pretend.

If we can’t solve your problem, we’ll at least offer our thinking. It might help.
